Help Us to Help You
We are constantly looking at new ways to improve your experience of interacting with the surgery. Some of these changes are more visible to you, such as improved telephone system with callback facilities. Others are in the background that make processes more efficient and enable us to free up resource to concentrate on services and patient care.
The effectiveness of these improvements is often dependant on how patient interact with the practice. This is where we need your help. One such example is the processing of prescriptions. This can be far more efficient for us and a lot more convenient for most patients if prescription requests are made using online services such as the NHS App.
The App will also enable you to view and manage your appointments as well as see your medical record. The NHS are continually developing the App and we are sure more features will become available over time.
To help us, to look after you, we would be grateful if you could sign-up for the NHS App via the link below and take advantage of the services and information it offers.
Thank you to all those patients who are already using the NHS App.
